Weekly Rate*: $10,000 - $25,000 CAD per week

Minimum one week rentals. Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please submit an inquiry for a formal quote.

 All rentals under 29 days are subject to HST (13%)

Additional Fees and Optional Services

Pet Surcharge $500 per pet

Cottage pre-stocking $200 travel fee + 15% + cost of goods

Recreational toys and equipment priced individually

Concierge and event planning services upon request and priced accordingly.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

50% deposit due at time of booking. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Refundable security deposit $2,000 due 2 weeks prior to commencement of the rental.

Guests may cancel the agreement up to 90 days prior to the start of the rental period for a refund less a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellations received 60 to 90 days prior to the start of the rental will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations received within 60 days prior to arrival will be responsible for the full rental cost.

Refunds within the penalty period will only be considered in the event that we can re-rent the property for the same original dates.
